Telling the story of a place through its cooking
VArisotto grew out of the idea that food can be a way of telling the story of a place and giving it its due. The project brings together a selection of places in the province of Varese and tells you about more than just their cooking.
We do not only want to tell you where to eat. We want to tell you why that place is worth knowing.
